They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and brings strong expertise in hiring high-calibre non-technical talent. This role will suit someone who enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders and taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery.

In this role, the Senior Talent Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment for business-critical positions, contribute to hiring strategy, and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate experience as the organisation continues to scale.

🤩 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own full end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across the organisation.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract high-quality talent.

• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Champion a world-class candidate experience.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• 6–12 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting roles.

• Strong experience recruiting for non-technical positions.

• Demonstrated sourcing capability and confidence using modern talent tools.

• Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

• Someone who performs well in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
