They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and brings strong expertise in hiring high-calibre non-technical talent. This role will suit someone who enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders and taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery.
In this role, the Senior Talent Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment for business-critical positions, contribute to hiring strategy, and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate experience as the organisation continues to scale.
🤩 What You’ll Be Doing
Own full end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across the organisation.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract high-quality talent.
Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Champion a world-class candidate experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
6–12 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting roles.
Strong experience recruiting for non-technical positions.
Demonstrated sourcing capability and confidence using modern talent tools.
Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Someone who performs well in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
