What we need:
Based in the UK or SA
Estimate 5—10 years' experience
Ideally have worked in-house or in a solutions role prior, unless you have very specifically recruited B2B SaaS Sales Candidates such as Account Managers, Account Executives, SDR’s, BDR’s & Pre-Sales Engineers etc. in an agency environment.
Alternatively, experience working in a more generalist non-tech internal role
Experience hiring in sales (revenue, go to market)
Exceptionally good networking skills: great at getting referrals, tapping into hiring managers networks etc.
Able to run a hiring process end to end. Thus, posting requisitions, screening candidates, managing them through the process and then closing the offer
Able to manage Stakeholder Engagement to ensure timeous feedback
Advantages would be if you have worked in the UK or US before
