Role & Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the entire recruitment cycle for both the US & Canada
- Take part in the automation initiatives that can improve the hiring process
- Develop the skills of your team members when it comes to sourcing and interviewing
- Work closely with stakeholders and the global recruitment team
- Develop strategies that will enhance the candidate experience
- Identify the best sourcing strategies
- Enhance the employer brand and employee value proposition
- Partner with potential vendors for best assessment & selection tools
Experience:
- 360 Recruitment experience, with In-house experience
- Strong exposure to hiring within the tech space
- Familiar with recruiting within the US and any other international markets
- Spanish speak would be advantageous
