The client you will be supporting is one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world. They make, move, and sell some of the world’s most loved brands (probably one of your favorite brands too 😉)
Your position will include:
- Managing your own portfolio within our client’s business
- The full recruitment cycle, of course
- Working with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and support workforce planning
- Taking candidates from the application and screening process, through to onboarding them at the client
- Working in the Belgium and French market
What we are looking for:
- 1 to 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Someone who is bilingual - French being non-negotiable
- It would be nice if you have done recruitment in an internal or RPO environment (or if you are looking to make a move into this environment, this is your sign!)
