You will take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle of non-tech roles. You will be responsible for the sourcing & interviewing of talent within the US market and assist with the development and implementation of any strategic sourcing initiatives. Over and above all, you will form part of an incredibly supportive team who brings a wealth of knowledge to the table 🤩
Role & Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the entire recruiting processes inclusive of but not limited to the creation of role descriptions, job ads , sourcing, screening, offer negotiating and closing.
Developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives
Responsible for searching, attracting and engaging with talent to meet the growing business needs across the global teams 🌍
Partnering and engaging with key stakeholders to effectively manage the operational recruitment processes.
Working closely with the rest of your team and providing guidance when needed
When and if required assist with talent research and mapping
5+ years of generalist recruitment experience
Experience with the full lifecycle of recruiting
Experience managing and prioritising multiple roles, projects and relationships with stakeholders
