Corporate Talent Partner
As one of our potential newest Holmies you will support our Financial Services client, as a Corporate Recruiter. You will have experience working multiple roles within the Legal, Finance, HR and Sales sectors.
You'll be the ultimate hiring matchmaker - designing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, and collaborating with stakeholders to find the best fit for their teams.
With your expert mapping and research skills, you'll leave no stone unturned in your search for exceptional talent, and you'll delight candidates with an unforgettable experience. You'll work within a team that motivates, collaborates and enjoys having a laugh in between those busy hours and a team that will never stop innovating and exceeding their clients' expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, which may include but are not limited to the design of job descriptions, advertisement of new roles, management of inbound applications, sourcing, screening & interviewing of candidates, closing and offer negotiations.
- Collaborating, partnering, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders throughout the entire hiring process
- Source & engage exceptional talent across the US market
- Ability to thoroughly assess candidates at screening stage or 1st interview
- Deliver an amazing candidate experience
- Map & research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative tools and platforms
- Manage complex closes for candidates across the US market
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our client’s expectations
What we are looking for:
- Very solid understanding of generalist recruitment, 3 years + experience
- Recruiting within the Financial Services Industry, would be ideal
- End-to-end recruitment experience is a must
- International 🌏 recruitment experience, would be nice
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong ability in mapping out talent across global markets
- Willing to work US East Coast hours (non-negotiable 🤓)
