Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, which may include but are not limited to the design of job descriptions, advertisement of new roles, management of inbound applications, sourcing, screening & interviewing of candidates, closing & offer negotiations.
- Collaborating, partnering and building lasting relationships with stakeholders throughout the entire hiring process.
- Source & engage exceptional talent across global markets.
- Ability to thoroughly assess candidates at screening stage or 1st interview.
- Deliver an amazing candidate experience
- Map & research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative tools & platforms.
- Manage complex closes for candidates across global markets
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our clients expectations
What we are looking for:
- Solid understanding of generalist recruitment, 3 years + experience within tech or non - tech sectors
- End-to-end recruitment experience is a must.
- International🌍 recruitment experience, would be advantageous.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong ability in talent mapping across global markets.
