Senior Sales Lead – Recruitment (US Market)
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Lead to spearhead new business growth in the US recruitment market. This is a pure sales role - you will identify, engage, and win high-value clients in need of top-tier recruitment solutions. Backed by a dedicated delivery team, you’ll focus exclusively on hunting new business, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth.
We are looking for a proven deal-maker - someone with a strong track record of selling recruitment solutions into the US, UK, or European markets. You understand how to navigate complex sales cycles, engage senior decision-makers, and close high-value contracts. This role requires strategic thinking, relentless drive, and a hunter mentality to break into new markets, outmanoeuvre competitors, and establish our firm as a key recruitment partner in the US.

👀 What you will be doing
- Identify, target, and win new clients in the US market who require recruitment services.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market growth.
- Conduct research and prospecting to engage senior decision-makers and hiring leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Craft compelling proposals that position our recruitment services as a key business solution.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity in the US recruitment sector.

- A proven recruitment sales professional with a strong history of winning new business.
- Experience selling into the US market (or solid experience in the UK/Europe with the ability to pivot to US sales).
- A true hunter-proactive, resilient, and driven by results.
- Skilled in sales strategy, prospecting, and building long-term client relationships.
- Confident selling to senior-level executives and hiring managers.
- Based in South Africa but comfortable working in a global sales environment.
- Highly self-motivated and thrives in a target-driven, high-performance culture.
