We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and has a proven track record hiring top-tier software development talent.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment for high-impact technical positions, partnering closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across the business. You’ll play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting the broader TA function as the company continues to scale.
🤩 What you will be doing
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across the organisation.
- Develop strategic sourcing approaches to attract high-quality engineering talent.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the TA function.
🔎 What we are looking for
- 6–12 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruiting.
- Deep experience recruiting for software engineering / software development roles.
- Strong sourcing capability and comfort working with modern talent tools.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor.
- Someone who thrives in dynamic, innovative environments.
- Experience supporting US-based or global tech hiring teams.
