As a Talent Manager, you’ll take the lead on a high-profile financial services account, one of our most strategic client portfolios. You’ll be driving end-to-end recruitment delivery, shaping talent strategy, and partnering with senior client stakeholders, all while leading and inspiring a high-performing team.

🤩 What You’ll Be Doing
Leading recruitment delivery across non-technical roles.
Partnering with senior client stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives.
Driving operational excellence, ensuring KPIs are met and processes are continuously optimised.
Overseeing profitability for the account and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Implementing innovation sourcing strategies and leveraging talent insights to anticipate hiring needs and market trends.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in talent acquisition leadership.
A proven track record of developing and retaining high-performing recruitment teams.
Confidence managing senior and challenging stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
Experience in consulting & banking or RPO environments ideally with global exposure.
Strong understanding of non-technical recruitment markets, trends and talent insights.
A self-starter who can take ownership, deliver results and build trust with both clients and teams.
