As a Talent Manager, you’ll take the lead on a high-profile financial services account, one of our most strategic client portfolios. You’ll be driving end-to-end recruitment delivery, shaping talent strategy, and partnering with senior client stakeholders, all while leading and inspiring a high-performing team.

🤩 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading recruitment delivery across non-technical roles.

• Partnering with senior client stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives.

• Driving operational excellence, ensuring KPIs are met and processes are continuously optimised.

• Overseeing profitability for the account and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Implementing innovation sourcing strategies and leveraging talent insights to anticipate hiring needs and market trends.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition leadership.

• A proven track record of developing and retaining high-performing recruitment teams.

• Confidence managing senior and challenging stakeholders in high-pressure environments.

• Experience in consulting & banking or RPO environments ideally with global exposure.

• Strong understanding of non-technical recruitment markets, trends and talent insights.

• A self-starter who can take ownership, deliver results and build trust with both clients and teams.
