Marketing Lead
🌍 Location: South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to help shape and elevate the aston holmes brand across every touchpoint.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life through compelling storytelling, strong design, and impactful marketing campaigns.
You’ll play a central role in how aston holmes is perceived in the market, from social media and thought leadership through to pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and brand collateral.
You’ll work closely with leadership and business development teams to build marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate leads, and support business growth across our key markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution, someone who can think strategically while still being happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the detail.
🤩 What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the execution of aston holmes’ marketing and brand strategy across all channels
Manage and grow aston holmes’ social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
Create engaging marketing content that positions aston holmes as a leader in the market
Support the business development team with high-quality pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
Design visually engaging townhall presentations and internal marketing materials
Act as the brand guardian across all marketing collateral and communications
Work closely with leadership to develop campaigns that support lead generation and business growth
Manage website updates, marketing campaigns, and nurture activities through HubSpot
Develop and maintain marketing assets, templates, and branded content
Track campaign performance and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning
Support events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives that enhance the aston holmes brand
🔎 What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Marketing Lead or Senior Marketing role within a B2B environment
Experience working within an in-house marketing team or marketing agency environment
Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and brand positioning
Excellent design and presentation skills, particularly within PowerPoint
Experience creating professional pitches, proposals, and presentation material
Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or other CRM tools
Proficiency across Microsoft Office and Canva
A creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment
