👀 What you will be doing
- Owning full-cycle recruitment for technology roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on mid-to-senior level positions that are critical to business success.
- Building deep partnerships with hiring managers across the US, driving alignment on talent needs, priorities, and strategic hiring plans.
- Leading proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier technical talent in competitive markets.
- Developing and managing robust talent pipelines of highly skilled candidates with specialized industry experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by delivering market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to shape hiring decisions.
- Creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the innovation, professionalism, and ambition of the client’s brand.
- Continuously optimizing recruitment processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in technology recruitment, ideally within financial services or similarly complex, high-demand industries.
- Proven success in outbound sourcing, with a passion for engaging top talent in competitive and niche markets.
- Experience working closely with senior-level, highly invested hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and talent insights.
- Strong knowledge of the technology talent landscape, with US market experience highly preferred.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
