Senior Talent Partner – East Coast, US based (6 month contract)
🌍 Location: East Coast USA
As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll play a crucial role supporting one of our most dynamic clients – a scaling technology business, going through hyper growth.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider people teams, you’ll be responsible for driving hiring across support functions and go to market.
You’ll also have the opportunity to help optimize processes and drive innovation through the use of AI and other TA technologies
🤩 What You’ll Be Doing
Leading end-to-end recruitment delivery across corporate functions.
Partnering closely with stakeholders, delivering not only great hires, but an amazing hiring experience.
Sourcing and engaging the high calibre candidates and managing end-to-end, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
Lead on 1st stage assessment and guide candidates through the assessment stages, ensuring a high offer accept rate.
Use talent insights, competitor analysis, and research to support workforce and hiring strategies.
Providing clear, data-led market intelligence to inform role design, attraction approaches, and hiring decisions.
Work closely with the wider / global TA teams and the People function
Really embed into our client’s culture, which is both driven yet playful
Be a key member of the aston holmes team, supporting our continued expansion into the US region.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
High degree of autonomy and drive, motivated by getting things done
High level of comfort working with insights to inform hiring strategy, workforce planning, and decision-making.
Strong sourcing capability and confidence using modern talent tools.
Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
