Senior Talent Coordination Specialist
🌍 Location: South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)
As a Senior Talent Coordination Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of a fast-paced, US-focused recruitment function.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll combine hands-on coordination with oversight responsibilities, supporting junior coordinators while maintaining high standards across the hiring process.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, consistency, and operational excellence to a growing, high-performing recruitment team.
🤝 What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinate and manage interviews across candidates, Talent Partners, and clients in US time zones
• Own and manage candidate communication, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring process
• Prepare, format, and quality-check CVs with structured and detailed notes
• Support and guide junior coordinators to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery standards
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to maintain workflow, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Produce and maintain reports, trackers, and recruitment activity updates
• Ensure accuracy and visibility of data across all recruitment pipelines
• Contribute to improving coordination processes and overall team efficiency
🔎 What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support, with exposure to senior stakeholders
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with reporting, tracking, or recruitment analytics is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Confidence in supporting and guiding more junior team members
• Comfortable working US hours
• A proactive, structured, and ownership-driven approach to work
