Senior Account Talent Manager

👀 What you will be doing
Operational duties
- Manage recruitment delivery across tech, operations, engineering, and front-office roles, ensuring excellence for 8–10 senior team members.
- Maintain service excellence, ensuring delivery meets and exceeds KPIs while handling high-volume, high-stakes recruitment.
- Establish, monitor, and report key delivery metrics to track progress, improve performance, and meet client expectations.
- Proactively identify challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive efficiencies to meet operational goals.
- Lead and align recruitment delivery across our SA locations, ensuring seamless support for the various client stakeholders.
Strategic and commercial duties
- Manage a large portfolio, ensuring profitability, accurate forecasting, and efficient cost allocation.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, including VPs and the CPO, to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Drive recruitment strategies for new locations such as Pittsburgh and Lake Mary, leveraging data and insights to optimise delivery.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness, streamline operations, and enhance delivery outcomes.
- Consult with stakeholders to explore service expansion, improve capacity planning, and drive long-term account growth.
Leadership duties
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Senior Talent Partners and Team Leads, ensuring they deliver exceptional results.
- Foster a results-oriented, collaborative team environment where high standards of excellence are the norm.
- Guide your team’s professional growth, identify skill gaps, and create development plans to support their career progression.
- Own recruitment and retention for your team, ensuring the right talent mix to deliver effectively while addressing attrition challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
- Thrive in a challenging environment, demonstrating agility, professionalism, and the ability to navigate complex client dynamics.
🕵️ What we are looking for
- Extensive experience in recruitment leadership, managing teams in tech recruitment and front-office roles.
- Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, cost-saving initiatives, and profitability management.
- A track record of leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage difficult stakeholders and deliver under pressure in a competitive market.
- Experience working in professional services, big tech, financial services or RPO, with global exposure.
- Familiarity with tech recruitment landscapes, industry trends, and talent market insights.
- A self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running, deliver results, and build trust with stakeholders.
