👀 What you will be doing

• Managing full-cycle recruitment for front-office roles in the investment and asset management sectors, focusing primarily on VP and SVP positions. 
• Partnering with highly engaged hiring managers across the US to ensure alignment on hiring needs and strategies.
• Leading outbound sourcing efforts, leveraging creative techniques to identify and engage top-tier talent. Developing and maintaining strong pipelines of experienced candidates with 10 years of industry expertise. 
• Building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets their high expectations. 
• Providing tailored market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making and optimise recruitment outcomes. 
• Creating a best-in-class candidate experience, reflecting the professionalism and prestige of the client’s brand.

🕵️ What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in investment/asset management recruitment, with a strong focus on front-office roles or similar high-impact positions. 
• Proven expertise in outbound sourcing, with a passion for finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent. 
• Experience partnering with senior, highly engaged hiring managers in a fast-paced and demanding environment. 
• Knowledge the global market, with US experience being highly advantageous. 
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. 
• A proactive, driven mindset with a love for filling roles and achieving impactful outcomes. 
• A detail-oriented, solution-driven approach, ensuring smooth processes and successful placements in a challenging market.
