Research Talent Partner: Tech
We’re on the lookout for a Tech Researcher (180 Tech Sourcing Consultant) to join our Search & Contingent team, helping us identify and engage with exceptional tech professionals across international markets.
You’ll be responsible for talent mapping, headhunting, and managing the candidate process, ensuring we deliver high-quality talent at speed. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and love uncovering hidden tech talent, we want to hear from you!
👀 What you will be doing
- Sourcing & Research – Identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier developers, engineers, and tech specialists using cutting-edge sourcing techniques.
- Talent Mapping & Pipeline Building – Creating pipelines for junior to senior tech hires, ensuring a constant flow of top talent.
- Candidate Engagement – Managing the end-to-end candidate process, from outreach to offer stage, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Leveraging Data & Insights – Using AI tools, job boards, and social sourcing to optimise recruitment strategies.
- Supporting Quick Turnaround Hiring Needs – Delivering high-quality candidates under tight deadlines.
- Collaborating on Global Tech Projects – Exposure to international hiring, with a focus on fast-growing markets.
🕵️ What we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience in tech or engineering recruitment (agency or internal).
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, mapping, and engaging top tech talent.
- Strong understanding of technical roles & hiring trends.
- Proven ability to work at pace, managing multiple roles with quick turnarounds.
- Exposure to junior to senior-level tech hires.
- International recruitment experience is a plus!
