💼 What you will be doing
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for senior technical roles, from role design to offer management.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across global markets to deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Using innovative sourcing techniques (including AI tools, market mapping, and international strategies) to attract top-tier talent.
- Assessing candidates’ technical and cultural fit, ensuring seamless alignment with client expectations.
- Creating an exceptional candidate experience that enhances our clients’ brand.
- Mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Managing complex offer negotiations and ensuring smooth onboarding for successful candidates.

- 6+ years of tech recruitment experience, ideally within financial services, big tech, or consulting.
- A strong track record managing end-to-end senior tech engineering recruitment in fast-paced, global environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Expertise in sourcing top talent using data-driven insights and innovative tools.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working with international markets and a deep understanding of the global tech landscape.
