• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for senior technical roles, from role design to offer management.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders across global markets to deliver tailored hiring solutions.

• Assessing candidates’ technical and cultural fit, ensuring seamless alignment with client expectations.

• 6+ years of tech recruitment experience, ideally within financial services, big tech, or consulting.
• A strong track record managing end-to-end senior tech engineering recruitment in fast-paced, global environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Expertise in sourcing top talent using data-driven insights and innovative tools.
• A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working with international markets and a deep understanding of the global tech landscape.
