👀 What you will be doing

• Owning full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions within the financial services industry, focusing on mid-to-senior level positions across areas like operations, finance, risk, compliance, marketing, and more.
• Building strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers across the US to align on talent priorities and hiring strategies.
• Driving creative, outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-performing corporate talent in competitive markets.
• Developing and maintaining deep pipelines of experienced professionals with specialized skills and industry knowledge.
• Acting as a trusted talent advisor by delivering market insights, talent data, and strategic recommendations that influence hiring decisions.
• Delivering a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the professionalism, precision, and ambition of the client’s brand.
